Global8 Finance Corporation ("Global8") has received several inquiries about its connection with Global Circle 8 Lending Corporation. We would like to clarify that Global8 Finance Corporation and Global Circle 8 Lending Corporation are completely separate entities and have no affiliation with each other.

Global8 offers business loans exclusively to small and medium-sized enterprises. We do not provide personal loans, OFW loans, auto loans, or any other non-business loan to our clients.

While Global8 maintain social media accounts, we do not transact with our clients solely through online means. We also require their physical presence and the submission of necessary documents before approving their business loan application.

Global8 Finance Corporation (“Global8”) has received multiple inquiries regarding its alleged connection with Tiwala Lending Co,which operates a Facebook account claiming to offer fast and reliable loans through Global8 Finance Corporation which purportedly operates at 2Quad, Floor 6, Cardinal Rosales Ave., Lungsod ng Cebu, 6000.

Individuals who have engaged with Tiwala Lending Co have presented photographs showing the identification card of one Shine Ayunan Musa, indicating that she works as a receptionist for Global8. They have also provided loan approval letters that include Global8’s SEC registration number, a plaque of recognition allegedly awarded to Global8 by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and screenshots of conversations and transactions conducted through Telegram with a person named Jenalyn Ann Candava. One notable scheme of Tiwala Lending Co is that they require clients to pay a processing fee before releasing a loan.

Please be advised that the individuals mentioned above are neither currently employed by nor have ever worked for Global8. Furthermore, we do not engage in any transactions with our clients via Telegram, nor do we require payment of processing fees before releasing a loan. Unlike Tiwala Lending Co, which appears to provide loans for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), Global8 focuses exclusively on providing business loans for small to medium-scale enterprises.

We would like to clarify that Global8 has no connection or affiliation with Tiwala Lending Co or the individuals mentioned herein. We will not tolerate these actions and misrepresentations, as they not only harm the company’s good reputation but also put innocent individuals’ hard-earned money at risk.

We urge the public to stay vigilant and avoid dealing with unauthorized individuals. If you encounter suspicious activity claiming to represent Global8, please report it to us immediately using the contact details below.
