Job Description
The Loan Specialist handles client inquiries, conducts initial pre-qualification, assists applicants with loan requirements, and coordinates applications with the internal processing team.

- Assist clients with loan inquiries and application requirements
- Conduct initial pre-qualification based on company guidelines
- Coordinate with admin, credit, and other internal teams
- Monitor client application progress
- Maintain professional client communication and follow-ups
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in sales, lending, or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Goal-oriented and organized
- Able to explain requirements clearly to clients
- Willing to work on-site
