Job Description
The Credit Investigator conducts verification and background checking of loan applicants, validates business and personal information, performs field investigation when needed, and prepares credit investigation reports for evaluation.

- Conduct client, business, and background verification
- Perform field visits and confirm business operations when required
- Prepare accurate credit investigation reports
- Validate submitted information and supporting documents
- Coordinate findings with the credit and underwriting team
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
- Experience in credit investigation, lending, or field verification is an advantage
- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Willing to conduct fieldwork
- Honest, objective, and detail-oriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision
